As it relates to the job search process, assessment is simply doing some things to discover our accomplishments and attributes to determine where we best fit in the world of work. Where will we be most successful? In Step two we will determine the specific strengths and accomplishments we can bring to the employer.

Thank you notes are a common courtesy that have become too uncommon. Therefore, the person who uses them stands out from the crowd. Common wisdom used to say that thank you notes should be in the mail the same day as the interview. In this step you will learn specifically who should receive thank you notes and when and how they should receive them. The training in this step may surprise you.
